Breakfast-1 glass of milk with 1tsp honey and 4tsp cereal

Snack- Toast with turkey and low fat cheese
image
Lunch-Salmon with vegetables
image
Snack-1 glass of fresh juice
image
Dinner-potato salad (1medium size potato with vegetables and 30gr of cheese)

Tips.
Use 1 spoon olive oil for each serving and prefer cheese and milk with low fat.
Don’t forget to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day.
