There are days when you wake up and all you can think is to eat something sweet urgently and then end up eating whatever is in front of you. When this desire disappears feel bad and sorry. Well, I do not like it when this happens. I believe that we should eat and feel good. So I‘m trying to find recipes that dispels that feeling.
I like this recipe below. They are tasty and lightweight. Very refreshing and you can do it with many variations.
4 tbsp yoghurt
2 slices of melon
1 Tbsp honey
4 tbsp coconut Cream
2 mint leaves
For the garnish:
In a blender, add the melon, banana and strawberries into pieces, add the yogurt, , coconut cream , mint leaves and beat.
Serve in glasses or bowls, garnish with sliced strawberries and mint leaves.
